Introduction

At VidCoo ("we" or "our"), your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the VidCoo mobile app (the "App") and other related services, including our website, ads, and content (together, the "Services"). We may update this policy to better protect your data. By using our Services, you agree to the collection, use, storage, and sharing of your information as described here. Please read this policy carefully.

When you use our Services, we may collect data from you as described below. When you register and use your account with us we will collect data from you in order to provide the Services. The types of data we collect depends on how you use our Services.

1. Information We Collect

When you download and register for VidCoo, we may ask for certain personal details, such as your phone number, email address, gender, and name. This information is required for registration, but some details are optional. If you log in using Facebook, we may also collect additional information from your profile.

During setup, we may ask for access to your device’s contact list. If you agree, we’ll collect names, phone numbers, emails, and Facebook IDs (but not personal notes) to help you connect with others on VidCoo. You can turn off this feature anytime in your account settings, but some features may not work without it.

We also collect non-personal information, like your country, preferences, and how you use the app (e.g., matches, messages, and usage stats). This helps us improve the app and provide better services.

If you share messages, photos, videos, or other content on VidCoo, they will be stored on our servers. Once shared, this content may be seen by others and could become public. Please think carefully before sharing, as we cannot control how others use it.

For purchases in the VidCoo shop, we’ll ask for payment details like your credit card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address. This information is sent directly to a secure payment processor—we don’t store it. However, we may keep records of your transactions, such as the date, time, and amount.

If the app crashes, we may collect error reports to fix issues. These reports may include device type, app version, and error details, but they rarely contain personal information.

In the event of a security breach or suspicious activity related to your account, we encourage you to promptly notify us and change your password. VidCoo will notify users in the case of any significant security events that may affect their personal information, as required by law.
